Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we accept custom orders. In order to make sure, however, that we would be able to manufacture the desired item, please, send us an email at sales@eliteprecious.com.
What materials can the jewellery be manufactured from?
We only offer manufacturing of gold jewellery.
Do you work with materials, provided by the customer?
We can work both with materials sourced by us or with gold provided by the customer.
You can also pay for the manufactured item in gold. The gold is bought at the current exchange rate and the value is subtracted from the final price of the order.
Do you offer precious stones to be used in the manufacturing?
Yes, we can offer supply of precious stones with characteristics defined by the customer.
What is the term for delivery of the order?
The manufacturing times varies for any specific order – it depends on the complexity of the design, the manufacturing method as well as the need for supply of materials (e.g., gemstones with specific characteristics). If the manufacturing of the specific item requires the use and creation of a template, the minimum manufacturing time is about 1 month.
For wedding bands, the usual manufacturing time is 3 weeks.
What is the price for custom orders?
The price depends on different parameters of the order – after we discuss the details, we would be able to make you a price offer.
